Question on intel

I had an intel that was in the top 100 but got infiltrated by a guy whos covert ability was no where near mine. My question is how did this happen? Also I didnt have an assasin ability, does this matter or is it just covert that matters in these situations. One more thing is there a max amount of weapons you can have on you at 1 time?

Covert planets do not protect you against assassins.
Not aware of a weapons limit, but I haven't gone past 100 million very often.

Is it just assassins that protect you from assassins?

Yes. This should be information contained in your histories of deceit. Even if you can't tell who assassinated you, it will tell you how many planets were sent to do the job.

Note: the battle report is written with your realms name as the attacker even if you are the recipient of the attack. Just a minor bug not worth fixing as it has been there since the beginning.
