intel on planets

does anyone know why it's easier to get intel on certain planets?

i've just notticed this. in about 20 missions i got info about planets #3, #5, #7, #8, #9 a few times while still no results for the rest of them. in addition to this planets 3, 8 and 9 apear more often (over 5 times).

i thought 't was random...

Just luck of the draw
Sometimes when u distances the spy's out you get better results

but that luck seems to be biased towards some planets and that's strange. or it's just my "luck"

I always found that changing the number os spies sent often helps.

if i spy ten times ill go like

10,000,000
9,999,999
9,899,999
9,989,999
etc
etc
etc

have there been tests on changing the number of spies? perhaps a different number triggers different "random" settings? I still want to see the code for this, well, all the code actually, but this in particular...
