mothership stays or goes

i read somewhere after new update the mothership stays and doesnt go when u ascend.. wat i want to knw is if its ur first time ascending will ur mothership stay or will u lose everything.

for some said that when u ascend once ur fleet power incraese and again when u ascend again the fleet powers increases and stays same throughout the whole account. so i wanna knw if the mothership will be lost for the first ascension?

Your weapons/shields get killed when you ascend the first time. But not the slots. Your ms fleets get stronger but only for the first ascession
