sigh, ur not getting the meaning of breaking rules or scamming or multing.

firstly i put that selling account post there so that i can easily find the price of the account that i am buying and depanding on what types of offers i get there i would pay u. that was the main reason, THAT IS WHY I HAD CLOSED THAT TOPIC just after i got few basic idea of what the account is worth.

i say this again tin, i have not broken any rules. gave u ur account back it its state. nothing wrong with it. u cant say i broke the rules just becuase u though that i was going to... it doesnt show anything, it just tells us taht u can think ahead.

u still do not understand what scamming truely is Tin. and weather a scam has truly taken place or no... u have ur account, u have ur UU, u have all ur naq, NOTHING IS WRONG WITH UR ACCOUNT. i hate to post this again but THIS IS CLEARLY Not scamming... man im gonna find u a freakin defination of SCAMMING from dictionary.com... cause u clearly havnt learned it in school

By you're definition, if I had 5 accounts and had them for even 10 minutes, as long as I delete 4 of them, I'm not a multier.

You are both. You scammed me in saying you would buy my account which you clearly didn't. You said you sent me money but of course, as part of the scam, you hadn't.

And you multied by having possession of more than one account at a time.

In the conversation images, you said you felt bad for scamming me and that's why you returned the account. You can't lie your way out of this. The proof is in the convo's.

And even if no-one beleives them (which I reckon they do), it doesn't change the fact you had possesion of 2 accounts at once.

Explain that one.

quite a normal occurrence when buying a new account. you keep the old one-transfer all resources over, etc. once everything is transferred you put the old account on vac mode until you sell. Standard procedure, practiced by many, many players. And yes-admin knows about this. I'm not going to take sides in your childish spitting at each other, but please keep to the facts about gameplay.

Also, I believe you are supposed to transfer all your goods and resourses before you recieve the account. It is even said in the pinned topic:

Seeing as you are a Child (determined by other posts within this particular thread) I would like to offer some advice.

First, to continue DSS' joke:

Secondly:

Stick to a particular point. This thread is going out of control. Tintsel, I respect your opinion and believe you are truthful in your accusations (DSS' is an Real Life Friend). On the other hand, LM 217 is also a RL friend. I will not comment on whether or not LM is a scammer, but would like to offer my opinion on the term "Scammer".

The term scammer associates itself with an individual that cheats in an attempt to improve his or her own (in the instance of SGW) account. In this particular instance, the only improvement made upon anyone's account would be Tintsel's (increase in UP). Although the stealing of the Planet action was EXTREMELY childish, it was not detrimental to your account (unless you were massed).

My suggestion would be for LM217 to pay Tintsel for Peace (uu, naq). In return, the charges would be dropped.

Of course, my opinion weighs nothing in this thread, consider it constructive criticism.

Correct, in the process of exchanging accounts, IP addresses are often shared. Therefore that particular argument is in itself, nulled.

EDIT: Nevermind, just read Tintsel's post in regards to the SGW ruling. Also, I do not believe cyberblade was associating the term "childish" upon yourself, rather upon the event that has transpired.

I understand he has broken the rules, but who hasn't in life? I believe that no matter what happens, everyone deserves a second chance. Now in this instance, LM217's account should be damaged (lose of income or up) or suspended for an extended period of time. To ban this particular user would neglect his deed to return the account (even though he scammed, you still need to consider this).

Anyways, like I said, I do not currently hold any position of authority. The decision should be made by the ADMIN.
