I meant delete small inactive dead accounts...or put them on vacation mode.

About NPCs well not that much of them just make them be like 5 of them, all with 5tril strike/10tril def/15tril covert, so a challenge to bring them down...but one of five of them having a 1mil UP, but all accounts with crit/nox and no naq produced. When the account with 1mil UP is def destroyed, it's able to be raided for only 24 hours. After, it auto-deletes.
Oh forgot my idea it's too random

How about the stat builders don't want this? Not that I'm one but anyway many will not like randomness of the thing.

well i guess they will have to get their hands dirty and try to hold back the NPCS
