Don't worry mezz, I'm not defending him... I wouldnt take sides even if he was in my alliance. this is a situation for admin to decide, I just like to keep things factual. I'm not defending either party actually. lm 217 seems to be an immature cheat, and
tintsel seems to be just immature, and a bit naive. I'm sure admin will take appropriate action with lm217, but tbh i don't feel sorry for tintsel. he let himself get sucked in, then goes about with all this mudslinging on the forums... meh. i guess to me its just a game, that could be the difference...
On another note-any idea when we can get a resolution from admin?

I'm sorry tintsel, and ladiesman 217-I did not mean to attack either of you personally. If either of you felt that, you have my sincere apologies. That said-please note, both of you-that I did not say that either of you were immature, or cheats, etc. I chose my words carefully. "it seems" means that that is what I had been seeing, and may or may not be true. It is not a statement of fact, by any means.
Regardless of semantics, with regards to your question tintsel. I went over the thread again, and its mostly your comments directed at lm217. I appreciate the factual nature which the rest of your posting has had. I can understand you being upset, I guess its just I have always tried to control my emotions and not lash out verbally at others, regardless of what they do. Of course, as I say-that is my way of being, not yours. but that was what lead up to my previous comment. I realize that I am probably a rarity on these forums as most war threads and such have plenty of those type of comments. I think all those type of comments are immature-regardless of who posts them. And to be honest I've probably posted comments like that myself. I think I'd be better said if I could rephrase my original statement to say that I thought that some of both of your posts were immature. Not all-on either side. And it was not meant as an attack on yourself. the naivety was also not an attack on you, just a comment-which I think you understand. I wish we could trust everyone, but human nature... O well, thats an entirely new discussion.
And I don't have any problem with you not being banned. I don't think you should be banned. The post where i mentioned that possibility states that technically you could be. Not that you should be. Again, admin is the one who decides what if any penalty there is. I think you already learned your lesson though-and I doubt that there are any other players who think you should be banned.

I can also understand your frustration. imho, many of the posters haven't been very logical, nor have they read through and considered all the details. I also recognize that it is much easier to stay cool when you are not the target.
