I have been having 25 officers for a long time now... One has left yesterday, and a new one wants to join, but he cannot!

This is what he gets:

I have 24 officers! And none is on vacations or anything, i am not my own commander either.
Any idea what could be wrong?

Just wondering how did your other officer leave you? Did u kick him, did he changes CO, or did he ascend and automatically leave you? If it was the latter then maybe that has something to do with it?

try having another leave and then have both return.

i think if an officer leaves via ascending it doesn't register for the CO, normally it's not a problem as there's not too many with 25 officers, but in your case it is. I think you can fix it by booting an officer and having them return after 24 hrs, but don't quote me on it

Yes, ascending was the case... He rejoined now, and i am at 25 again
