Ascension requirements?

1_I've heard that 2,300 untrained mercs gives 1 ascension points.
2_But does we need to be sitting in top 100?
3_What happend after ascension?
4_Is after ascension possible immediately to join ascended server?
5_After Incarnate, what comes ?
6_Why some peoples have for example: "ORI" after their lvl of ascension and other have "Ori" after their lvl of ascension?
7_Which UP required?
8_Does spy lvls and UP still same after ascension?
