unique tech
Do the ascended races not have a unique tech or is there some way you have to get it?

Ancients, Tollan, NanoTiMaster and System Lords (except priors) have Ascended Blessing. This will occasionally double your offensive/defensive action when attacking/being attacked.

I believe a Prior does not get it, but Prophet onwards does.

I believe it also goes up 5% chance per level up to LG+1
