Racism isn't an acceptable thing, but neither is attacking and condemning the person responsible for the racism. Because when it comes to that, one is merely racist against racists. And as many wise men have said before; two wrongs do not make a right.

Unfortunately people obviously dont move on, otherwise there would not have been as much of a problem with what Zerathull said as there was. Like I said, ive seen many many comments on this forum that can be classed as racism, but no one else has moaned or made a massive thing out of it. Another example would be it would not be politically incorrect to call a black person black as opposed to african american.

Zekk, How can you be racist against a single racist person? Thats impossible. I point out the word RACIST. RACE. Not PERSIST... I get the point you were making though, I already made the same point in the GC's thread based around this.

Two wrongs never make it right, true, but then again neither does rolling over and being 'the bigger man' turning the other cheek.

@ everyone reading. A few thoughts on racism, if you dont like what I type below reply with some logical argument or dont bother, but you insult or whine about this, and your actually just furthering my point.

The entire idea of racism is a farce created from guilt of the past. White people used other people as slaves from many eastern countries (which, no I personally dont have a problem with, all countries have had their idiocy patches...), and when the slaves got the rights they had deserved from day one, some of the white people were idiots and just couldnt let it go. So the idea of racism was created to quantify/describe/give a face to the aggressive behavior left in the wake of the dissolving slave industry. Only problem now is, it remains today with the same weight it had all those years ago and it clearly shouldnt be such a big thing anymore. I personally dont believe it is any different from picking on someone for being fat, bald, needing to wear glasses, mentally/residentially/vertically/financially challenged. If people can get away with all of the above I fail to see the difference.

You could say, well...ah ha! Semper, but you can lose weight, you can get a job, you can take growth hormone, you can have hair transplants, god you can get contact lenses and laser eye surgery! They can be changed with a little effort, time and money...hold the phone.. as dear Michael Jackson demonstrates, so to can the colour of ones skin. "Yeah, but Semper, the colour makes a person who they are, they shouldnt have to change that." Well firstly, they dont have to, secondly every feature of us makes us who we are. Over weight, glasses, stumpy and all.

I rest my case that racism is no more a crime then regular bullying/insulting, most of which I see ignored on a regular basis within these very forums, let alone in the real world.

I certainly dont see people in northern europe giving the italiens and greeks the top end of grief every time they make some remark about us, screaming to the high heaven racist! trying to exact some form of revenge. (Yet the Romans and greeks did like their slaves now, didnt they..)

Im quite pleased with that argument, it seems fairly sound. What Zerathull said was wrong, and he has apologized now. So im glad to see some people have burried the hatchet, and I hope the others can to, because if you cant well I hope the next time you insult someone in any way, you get massed to kingdom come, forced into vacation mode and near enough shunned by part of the community.

Actually have a look at all this......people acused me of being a "rascist" for few consonants and wovels.....few misspelled words and bad understanding of my post and they were able to make the worst guy in the world out of me and dumped evrything nasty,bad at me they had a chance to....

Thats what amazes me most......people know you some time(,month,half a year,years) and just one bad step and they can forget about eveything that was between you,memories,fun or whatever and they just forget or try to forget and erase it with a single thought....

NEVER.....never did I did something to any of my mates,to people I considered friends......half of my schoolmates were real backside morons but even if they made college life for me hard as they could still I have some nice memories....

I can believe that people are capable just to erase so many things with a single thought,just forget,act like nothing ever happened and move on....I admire these people

I meet a Slovakian here in SGW and knew him like for half a year,he dragged my bro to this game and my bro did the same to me.....they are both uni schoolmates.....after a half year I meet him in RL and he was a really could dude and still is.....After 2 days i returned home I catched him on msn and he told me he and his GF got apart so was curious what happened.....It happened to be he was dating his actuall girl and and also his "ex-girl" because he kinda didnt have the courage to say to the ex that he wants to end it.....he dragged it 1.5 year with both.......was totally puzzled when I found out....although I knew him for just 3 days personaly me and my bro were one of the few that standed behind him and supported him.....majority of his schoolmates hated him and didnt want to forgive him.......

I stand behind my mates no matter what.....even behind those I barely know....so actually you are right if u think I am really bothered that some "zesh" guy made a big circus from all of this and involved the whole community into it and organized a cruisade against me.....yeah right

True friends already proved they stand behind me and that they dont believe anything of this could actually be the truth.........and I already know who they are

@Zerathull, yes indeed I said that and poked at a friend that way, maybe am i bad people for this behaviour which I shown yesterday? But honestly it's not that I did it to YOU only particularly, not like if I had fake friends I backstabb at friend occasion and the true ones. There are thngs usually people go omg after and I won't be following them, when the person has good reasons. I won't elaborate. And about this, yes you wonder about me what is true in what's been previously said and what would be hypothetically said in future, near or far. But as I said already and stated very quickly to make things clear, maybe that didn't draw your attention, I know it's possible we don't notice all in a post, especially when that much is posted! What I'm about there is I already almost go flaming my best friend ever (that must tell you something about how I consider this kind of comments...) for something that sounded that way, and I didn't understand it well, so you see all would go down from misinterpretation from me, so would have been be worse, isn't it?
