We need more ascended or very powerful members. I cant think of anything else we can do. I am building my armies as fast as I can in order to be of more help to the alliance, but it takes a while.

Make joining the alliance forums mandatory(with somewhat regular activity) or boot them, this is usually common practice for other allainces.

If you want to help and protect each other you have to communicate, and with some of you in perg and some in normal... this is even more important.
