I was banned and I don't know why

this does NOT look like a instance of deliberate cheating i mean, he admitted it, if he had known i dont think he would of done that, besides i know tones of players that have gotten millions of uu and trillions of naq for nothing from friends, mostly when the friend is quitting but still.

this seems a little sus to me, admin, if your reading this i suggest, allowing him to play again, if you must, take away what he was given and simply keep an eye on him, if he is an actual cheater odds are he will try it again at a later date, if not, odds are you will never have an issue with him again, in reality no one would deny themselves millions of uu, they would just be happy they where given it, it could of happened to anyone, it could of happened to EVERYONE depending on the extent this dude that sent the resources cheated :S

McRandom is way to dumb to cheat, I talk to him from times to times and he's definatly a legitimate user. He's just annoying and impulsive but if we banned every player that are like that who would we get to mass?

Mcrandom is no cheat. If a friend of mine gave me a couple trils of naq, that i knew decently well, i wouldnt suspect them of being a multi. Mcrandom trusted suttleS, then suttles betrayed that trust, why should mcrandom be banned? hes the victim in this. The only possible thing he could have done wrong is unknowingly recieve illegal goods. Anyone know what the punishment in the real world for that is? removal of said goods, if money payed, not returned unless it can be recovered and only after the case is closed. Certainly not, to be dramatic, a life sentence: which is in theory what banning from this game is in game terms. Obviously they are quite disilimar but when you scale it down to this game they are equivalents.

Innocent until proven guilty. As far as i can see theres no proof he knew they were illegal resources. There is overwelming circumstansial evidence however, that he did not know.

Mcrandom is in my alliance HW, hes honest loyal and dedicated to his allies. I would say certainly he would not knowingly accept illegal resources.

Does he look like he comes on the forum often? Even if he did how many active forums users check this section reguly? Damn all

I'm going to have to completely agree with this. You're all acting as if you found a murder crime scene and McRandom is holding the bloodied murder weapons and fingerprints all over the place. I'd say you guys found him at the scene, but you can't tell what actually went down. You're all coming down hard on a player that just happened to trust a friend, yet I've seen a whole alliance of cheaters get away with an Admin's help. I'd say just leave this be and let an Admin take care of it. I've no doubt he's innocent, and will most likely be unbanned.

I believe it was not McRandoms fault suttles was his mate and sent him resources for free it is a fairly simple fix back his account to prior of receiving the recourses

This looks pretty straight forward. Hopefully you get unbanned since I don't believe you cheated. Admin please unban him. I seriously doubt he knowingly cheated. After talking to McRandom one point I would like to bring up is that he Payed his own money for his SS to support this game. and more than that he has spent a bit of money on this games Black Market. this is what he told me when I asked him if he's spent money on the game. if he is telling the truth, you should be able to confirms this. now the thing I want to point out is that it's kinda self defeating for a cheater to use real money on the game for resources, if he can cheat and get it all for free instead. On a side note, if he stays banned he will never spend money on this game again. just stating a fact.

you are lucky- more often that not any `friends` of said cheats would be banned for that reason alone...
when one cheats, it affects not just oneself, but those one deals with and those at real life locations one uses the net...
