Seriously, I joined when I had an army of 300 . The real reason is we are friends here, we have a blast as mates, and we have GREAT leadership .

hmmmm imo svarun is right

but theres alot of people who just want naps and protection and the tag

OE seems alot lot easier to get into then other alliances which give you tags so there it is

I can get along with just about everybody, usually. But I seem to grind against the grain of Omega Members.


I think you're right in what you say, that a lot of Non-Omegans view many Omegans that way - but I have to say that the original Omegans - the likes of ETL and those that were with him at the start - were never arrogant bullies. However, I do believe that some (a small minority) people did join them so that they would be able to push people around and get away with it because they had Omega to back them up - certainly the attitude of some people on the forum changed the instant they became Omega members. And it is because of those small minority that Omega are, unfairly, viewed that way.

But, on the whole, they're a good bunch of chaps and chapesses - and they look after their own - and I think that is why people want to join them.

i appreciate everybody posting seriously(for the most part)! :D

as for the if you cant beat them join them attitude...
maybe it's just me, but i would rather make a name for myself apart from a reputation like that of omega. i would rather be known as great than be affiliated with those who actually are. In that respect, I think I would prefer first go down fighting against Omega or any other of the very powerful alliances before I even considered joining them. I believe it is very hard to make a name for yourself once you are in the shadow of another.
