I'm a recent member of Omega, and there are only two reasons why I joined.

1. Friends (some members are old friends, some members are new friends)
2. Organization (their structure and knowledge of the game is incredible)

Lets face it- TLE/TA or OE/DDE it is one thing to apply and get accepted but another to stay in there ultimately as you are among the elite and are expected to perform at such levels or else you are shown the door- especially in war when you are expected to lay your account on the line- that is when people get very precious about things and start to think twice.
