Descention/Re ascending

Hello i recently came back to playing the game after taking a short break before i left.When i came back i descended my Account and left the ascended server.Now i Have reascended and cannot log in to my ascended account even tho i still have access to the Old email address used for the ascended server.i recived the email from admin with the forgotten details and still cannot log in wht should i do ?
