Also I will take back the apology I made about calling Almost38 a N00b... he is one and this whole joke has proved that he is. I never liked him anyway, he always seemed to make snide comments in threads about cheaters.

So i'm here to stay.... i'm sure some people will be pleased about that and i'm definitely some will be displeased about it too.

No matter what the intentions, it turned out pretty badly. I wasn't too sure if it was a hoax or not, but on the internet you can never be too sure.

Once I saw what happpened, I informed Jason what was happening and he took steps to stop what happened. Had I been home earlier, It would've been taking care of earlier.

Sadly you are 1 person, and with some of the mods in on it, and letting it happen, and continue, you may have found yourself up against a wall there.

We got the bulldozer to break that wall down and i herby vow that i will do everything in my power that thes people get what they deserve. If and i doubt it but IF admin doesnt do anything about it i will release the list of people involved myself so that the community can do with it what they please

Well we have no way to check IP and trust me i did and i tried. But i couldnt prove or disprove what was going on.

But right now i will help where i can to find out what happen and i hope we find out as i atm feel ashamed if its true as it apparently is someone from this team was helping.

And for one i am sry that i was fooled to think Tok'ra was back and helping his April Fools by posting those pics i really hate finding my self used because i actually was in doubt.

If JMX is not allowed then this dude shouldnt be posting for him , not cause i dislike or like JMX cause i dont really know who he is , but cause if he is banned before this it is cause a good reason.
About some thread i just read from JMX about those aking permban , i think this should be a reason for banning him for longer time if not permantly, they are not asking for a personal ban but for a ban to players who attempted with a suppossed small joke to destroy the game , even the prank was not meant to it did several damage. People who still are friends with this guys should not help them to get revenge for what people asks in here, this could have end the game in a matter of days.
About if mods knew about this, those who knew and took part on it, those who played the russian soldier and saw somewhere else should step aside, lets give them at least the option to step out and not be humilliated, but those who doesnt admitt their mistake and do not step aside please make their names public, let us know who of them have no respect even for themselves and let us know!!!
About admin Jason and his acts, HE HAVES THE RIGHT TO BAN THEM and i do support that and what ever he does, and im sure a lot will do so , it was them saying he did wrong things, that should not be allowed in any game , and in real life some times even costs peoples life, go to jail , and lots of different punishments ( depending on what country u live in )

Ok well it seems our little April Fools has back fired on us. An April Fools gone wrong. Gotta say it was funny at the time and I still laugh about it, but in no way did I have intentions of doing the harm that I have done here. Clarkey I know wanted to leave the game and I just got done talking to him. Clarkey: If you're reading this let me just publicly apologise for what I did. I know what I
did was wrong and probably immature. At the time, it seemed like a good idea to just have a little laugh and stuff, but I never meant to do the harm I did to you. Some knew it was a prank and just watched and let it keep going. We have logs that have been turned over I believe to the investigators and hopefully they will be handled correctly and justly. I can't even post because I was banned for the whole **Filtered** Pact thing a week ago almost. I don't see how I am "Ruining SGW Credibility" when I've single handedly got 20+ people to start playing this game. One of them is my uncle who has invested over $200 by buying off of the ingame market so far. I just don't see how a name change is Ruining SGW Credibility. I'm sorry if that is how it came off as. firstly, thanks for all that stand by the game. (and me, but that is 2ndary in my mind...) --the game and its integrity is key to me.

secondly - the 'big' problem i had with this whole thing, is the 'admin selling info' idea - that is just wrong, bad timing, insulting, and - well, wrong and likely against the law of the country you live in...

third - to those that 'helped' this along, i accuse you of bad judgement, lack of foresight, lack of concern care or consideration for the community, and other such 'bad idea' thoughts. but what you did was not the same as perpetuating my second and most serious complaint. although indirectly it added validity to it...

this is not a conspiracy - it is/was a dumb idea. that got too far.

and so on that leave me to the reprecussions and pray that april does not come next year...

(and on a final note, hating to agree wtih JMX at this time but doing so anyway -- DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING ON THE NET (or the news for that matter) WITHOUT REAL PROOF. it is SO SO easy to fake almost anything. even proof....its almost a never win scenario. and i will leave this topic with this statement: I will never do anything to corrupt this game. you cant play with an entire community like that, make them loose faith in what they are doing, almost cause half of them leave and get away with it!

1st off, this whole thing is sick...

2ndly i attended the first ever SGW convention in liverpool and when jake told us that admin had sent him some cash so we could all have a drink on him i felt the respect level go threw the roof, we was all surprised and chuffed with the thought that admin went to the trouble when there was no reason for him to do so and now i see this on the forum and i cant help but feel sick, i'd hate to think what admin felt when he saw it!

The thing being the most distasteful imo not being the little trick in forums, but the supposed informations that admin was "selling pms" to other sites, in other words the discrediting lies that made me and I think some others feel doubting on the game during that day, and it is more than a trust and forum community thing here...that tends to the law part considering what it implies!

I find it hard to believe that such a site does exist in a community like SGW, so large and so many onliners with so much RL money involved I am sure that it would be exposed very quickly. The joke was in bad taste indeed but being a prankster my self I know that it is easy to consider something harmless when in fact it is or for it to get carried away rather quickly. I feel sorry for anyone on the admin team that must make such choices as to ban or not ban people responsible. Yes it was April fools but the joke went to far and some if not many people were hurt from it. A thought of your privacy being invaded is never nice. It is very similar to having your house robbed. I can imagine though that alot of doubt has crept into the minds of many players that will never simply just go away. Staff has a tough choice ahead of them on this one but I will support them completely no matter their choices as I cannot see any of them being easy to make. Personally if I were them I would pass this on to the public and have them vote there by rendering any further harm to admin or mods minimal and then we as a community would be at fault for our own choices. But hey I just wouldn't want to take the heat
