I am recruiting officers at this point, i have room for 3. i set my officer income at 30% and i currently make about 2.2 billion naq a turn

Is the recruitment forum, though you seem to be targetting newbies (I suppose?). Is 200m/turn+ actually good for newbies? Won't it just get farmed away?
