Guys the price for the accommodation will be known on Monday. You will have to make up your minds till the end of next week as i am making the reservation at the end of next week

EDIT: Our original place of 'party' has been changed due to a full booking

I've found another good location and have contacted them, but their sales manager is not in-house, so i've sent her an email. I expect a reply by tomorrow or friday. Meaning that on Friday i will know the exact price.

Also don't worry about transportation. I think we can manage that rather easily. There are a lot of people with a car around here. Plus it's cheap if we divide the bills.

As for the deposit for the reservation i will know how and how much by the end of this week, when the sales rep replies on my email.

Oh and i've also requested them to help us find a place for an open air party
