look at the all nicks and planet names of fanta...u can see 4 inactive officers whit 40-50k up Oo... look at officer 1,2,4.... 3 players whit the same thinking ?? Countless people let their ATs grow to 4k without farming or selling.. seriously.. while it's a somewhat silly tactic (much can be won by either farming or selling the ATs) it's hardly proof of inactivity..
