Can't log in

Well, here's the story. I recently received an account. So I gave my old account to my brother, who put his on vacation mode. On the mt reset we both did a name change to our old account names. Now for some reason he can't log into his account. I can log into mine. He tried the forgot login info where it sent his info to his email, but it didn't work. He's really ticked because he can't log in.
