Re: miners
I wasn't around for all those stages, so i don't exactly know how people felt about those different stages but i've seen and experienced quite a lot of people complain about wars being boring because players are warring with 0 stats. I know very well that nothing will be introduced which can gravely destroy someone's account, like you could near the beggining of the game, but maybe even only 5 % untrainable every month or so could encourage people to stop warring with 0 stats and nothing destroyable. I see where your coming from though, few small trimmings at a time to balance the game could bring in too many factors.

Re: miners
Right back at ya....
Wars will not become interesting (or indeed winnable) because you could all of a sudden untrain and raid (?) somebody's miners. I guarantee that, if implemented, it would be another flash-in-the-pan short 'fix' to try and spice up the game because some of the updates that have been introduced have made it 'boring'. And it woul donly be a matter of weeks (if not days) before someobdy else complains that something is needed to be able to counteract the untraining of miners.....
..... and so the cycle continues.

Re: miners
why dont u all untrain your miners and let me take them all ???.... just asking no need to mass me for the question but as u all want this i think i could see if it works fine just by raiding u all!

true, but you can never please everyone all the time, there will always be people who disagree. How did you people cope for so long whilst you where able to kill every last UU which contributed to your income? But on the whole i agree it won't be popular with too many players, also it might over complicate things, but so far i think this is the best solution so far to prevent 0 stat wars being faught unless you introduce a special war regulation thingy but that will never work as alliances never declare war on each other anyway.

Re: miners
But it's not really is it - because all it would do is replace one type of fighting with another - and trust me, people coped when UU were killable - because that was the game and you had to. And funnily enough, the ones who were engaged in constant battles were still the ones at the top.
And true, not everyone will agree - but if my 3 years and 2 months of involvement has shown me anything - even if everyone agrees, it won;t necessarily make it so!
The vast majority of the arguments about upgrades and how things need to change, and why the game doesn't work can be traced back to one thing - when UU became unkillable.
