And I think the point is clear.. certain people don't realise the full extent of their actions. Making an accusation (which you DID, don't you dare deny that truth) caused collateral damage. Now, contrary to what your leaders will tell you, 'collateral damage' is NOT good. Causing it, by indirect action or mere negligence, is as bad a crime as intentionally causing it. So, while you are right on the count that you did not intend to cause harm to ~Artanis~, you did cause harm to his name and reputation. Simple apologies won't solve that. Settlements don't solve cases of medical screw-ups, where absolutely NO intention of harming the patient was the case, but where harm was inflicted nonetheless.

But thanks for admitting you were wrong.. that does go a long way towards solving the issues caused.

ok first off I meant no offense, second off I am american and Im 99.9% postive I used correct grammer and that my sentace was formed correctly. It isnt my fault that people with weaker english skills can not gather what the sentence means. Duderanch: While that post may have been entirely understandable, it draws an intolerable link between ~Artanis~ as a forum account (and thus Zerathull's reputation around here) and the scammer LOA/HellSing. The accusations made are indirectly harming ~Artanis~ who, in my opinion, has been harmed enough by LOA stealing his account.

Zera: Might be best to change your name back to Zerathull for the time being to prevent such confusions as Orion intentionally caused. Slander on a name you're no longer bearing is less effective.

If you were to go around calling Auriel a scammer, don't you think she would react similarly defensive? If I would go around calling Mr Mystake a scammer, he would react defensive as well, even though he wouldn't be able to do much against it. And no, I'm not going to check any account included in scamming accusations, as scamming is covered under the Terms of Service of KingdomGames. Now, if you can provide actual evidence that these entities are one and the same person, possessing multiple accounts, then we can start doing something about it. Until then, you'll just keep adding to my mailbox and "list of dismissed cases".

If I make a few posts in which I implicitly (not written out completely) suggest you are one and the same as <<insert random scammer name>>.. your reputation would suffer. Not noticeable at first, but keep up the 'good work' long enough and you'll see the difference.

The man who felt it necessary to insult Pakistani as a whole, claimed he wasn't racist, made a half hearted apology before resorting to insulting and continued racist remarks as people weren't buying into his apology (which demanded in bold that people post 'apology accepted').

The man who felt it necessary to accuse TLE of a whole of all sorts of things, ranging from not being able to take criticism, intentionally calling them all cheats/bullies/all manner of unsavory things (See Zion war thread & TDL vs AK for but a taste).
