new g&r idea (for those finished ascending)

why dont just allow me to ascend as fast as it used to be, waiting 15 days if messing up everything, i see nothing wrong into ascendign faster for me! Ill lost around 30m units into it and see no harm to anyone and a lot of gain for others who would be able to catch me up!
About the war idea, why should that be like that then, no reason to get glory and rep points from ranks, just make it from massing farming and stuff like that! so yes from wars and damages u do, lets see who lasts longer with this system!... u wanna ascend ? go mass till u get 1001 glory points!

yeah lets use it for something.... but then, bigger players will be now having a reason to be top ranked cause every 5 days they will have over 1k Glory and rep so will be able to do something with it.... nope bad idea...

you should have to earn G & R points but I think there should be the option in the market to trade a certain number of G&R for turns or naquadah or something like that, like an alternative to using market turns for certain things, instead of using 1 market turn to increase your bank, why not 1000 G&R?

I stand corrected - but again - how do you trade glory and reputation (probably in the same way you trade a turn - being that they're all non-tangible?)?

It's just people keep bringing up the same suggestions regarding G&R over and over again - and it makes no difference now as to when they were suggested 18 months ago.

And it seems that not everyone reads the stickied threads in the Suggestions section.

Glory and Reputation is for ascending, but also it should stand for what it is, but becuase having a lot of G&R ingame is useless when your done ascending it doesn't stand for it's name. I think having more G&R should allow you something extra which could make it more worthwhile, but not resources , maybe something which benefits the ascended account?
rank doesn't mean that much to people, so consequently G&R doesn't mean anything to people atm. People are suggesting a practical use for G&R because its a number, there wouldn't be as many people suggesting practical uses for G&R if it was set out in stages or levels.
So, until someone can suggest something which fits the description above G&R should stay as it is and definitley not be used as a resource.

I agree that G&R points should have more uses such as market value ( Sale only ), if they had more value to those who had finished ascending then more players would fight to stay in the higher ranks, this would mean less players sitting in lower ranks to raid and may reduce zero stat warfare.

(PostScriptum: I am noway concerned by this, since I have a 4 digits ID and alredy have for some time a red title, so one couldn't say I want it to be so because I want a title as I don't have one)
