Yes .
Attack turns and income come every half an hour give or take 10 minutes .However if u stay logged out for a while your naq piles up and in trun you become targeted so logging on to bank every once in a while is Key.

you will get an attack turn every half hour without fail except for the following two instances:

1) you go on vacation mode, in which case, you don't get anything, though you can't be attacked either...

2) a server error, in which case no one got them, so everyone will go short those ones, or you'll get backpay...
