last I checked REK and ETL said we wouldn't be honoring any NAPs with newly created alliances of an alliance or Empire that we have a NAP with...

1. as it was stated, its not realy a new alliance in the form of "new ppl in the empire" but mearly a restrutcture of the old ppl within the empire.
2. Gunz was infomred and has raised no issues against TLD being included. I was told he can speak for FUALL. So if you have an issue take it up with him or a proper chain of command i guess.
