Ascension and PPT

Well looking to ascend either this week or next, and im planning to go on a lengthy PPT during and after to help rebuild.

Now ive heard from different people different things, from the longest you can PPT for is 8 to 14 days.

So i am wondering:
- How long can you PPT from with an ascension
- Does ascension use PPT MT
- Example days of to do what when for best bonus.

Please help a noob in need

As far as I know, a post ascension PPT doesn't count toward your limit of two per week. At least I don't think it did when I ascended.

I've never been very good with these sorts of things.. but thinking about it logically, I suppose you could ascend on a Tuesday (having used none of that week's market turns) and stay on PPT for a continuous ten days.

The way I see it, you can actually combine them into a much longer series. Expanding on your 10 days, Mordack:

1. Friday 1 - Sunday 1; Market PPT 1 wk 1
2. Sunday 1 - Tuesday 2; Market PPT 2 wk 1
3. Tuesday 2 - Thursday 2; Market PPT 1 wk 2
4. Thursday 2 - Saturday 2; Market PPT 2 wk 2
5. Saturday 2 - Monday 3; Ascension PPT
6. Monday 3 - Wednesday 3; Market PPT 1 wk 3
7. Wednesday 3 - Friday 3; Market PPT 2 wk 3.

Oh.. if only there wasn't that pesky waiting time between ascensions..

Nah personally i'd get bored being on PPT for 14 days.... not even spying anyone... how boring. You basically sit there doing nothing for 14 days! What fun.

True, it can be boring. But when you've got a lot of other things to do, it can be an account-saver. (didn't want to say life-saver.. but for some, it comes close)

Well indeed, but that way you don't have to worry about banking often, when you don't have a big defence like me!

Well for my first time i need all the help i can get.

And as for occupying myself i can just farm DemonFox on SGAW and watch him whine at me

Rank 1 strike, rank 2 defence and DF stole rank 1 covert off me earlier. No point competing for it as his UPs a lot bigger than mine =/

hmm way back before the 2 week limit, i did a month long ppt to ascend haha.

but yeah if you ascend before using your 2 per week PPTs it counts as one. But you get the PPT even if you'
ve used them all already. So.. use your ppts before ascending!
