I think 'be educated' shouldn't be used as a purpose to hit somebody. Considering if the person doesn't attack anybody and solely just wants to play in the bubble, then the only possible threat is those who think they are helping

For those of you who enjoy being trolls and destroying accounts for the sheer fun of it (or more recently to "teach" players how to "play" the game), congratulations, you succeeded with mine.

If someone wants to play the game, let the play it. You have no right to force people to play it your way by bullying them. Admins, your allowing of such trollish behavior will eventually be the downfall of this game as I, and others leave the game.

For those of you that say this is a war game, I respond with, no its not, its a text based mmorpg. Some people don't go randomly fighting. Others do. If your alliance wants to fight another alliance, so be it, but to pick on players based on how they choose to play the game, is the lowest thing you can really do.

I will sell my account/resources for cash if anyone is interested, since I have no desire to continue playing with such a horde of trolls. Make offers in PMs.

I think your onto something there.

"educated" should be used to those who need to be taught a lesson but even then should you remove all of their stats? I dont think so personally but depends on the person.

If you have a massive defense to help cater for long work hours. Why dont you try realm alert or nox then again it shouldnt be structured that way. You should be free to play how you want to play.

My best freind used toplay but packed it in cause he didnt have the time due to not being able to log in mornings. (17 hours before log in(ish))

If you are massed/"educated"/nuked you shouldn't leave the game. just taker it on the chin maybe even fight back.

i understand how the original poster feels, but never give up on something that easy. I got partly massed a few days ago, okay I wasnt too happy either, but that doesnt mean I quit, i just change tactics and the guys that 'educate' can do what they want, its an open game, no rules there.

There wasn't a single word exchanged between the two of us in private, I was not rude in the slightest, (( It really was a polite massing. Could've rubbed the fact that I killed 5million of your soldiers, and lost 100k, in. But that'd be mean. =D )) even if you had messaged me. Even if you built up, and massed me into the stone age. You still wouldn't get a rude word.

Before branding someone with a tag, take the time. ;D No matter the situation.

By the way, anyone who made a pot shot at his army size, I've been playing for a mighty long time, was only around 40mil at the beginning of the year.

I have been reading everything back and there isnt a comfirmation that it was the educators, but still, I'd rather hear him say "nOObs" than Trolls now you mention it.

Hah, gotta love such hostile replies. While yes, this is a war game, I don't like how some people react. Imo, this is tough situation. I understand the frustration of the guy and while I do not think he should quit over this, and rather give the massers hell... The Educators should also ponder if it's worth to turn people away from game they played for years.

Massing is great fun, but is it still fun at the cost of having people leave? I mean, hell yes, make all cheaters and those who scam others leave the game... everyone would shake your hands and say 'BRAVO'. But turning polite players away that way...

The way you guys are doing it... it's just selfish desire of yours to have fun at the count of others. If you had guts, you'd educate them for real. Killing their entire armysize won't really educate them in most cases. If I wanted to 'educate' someone, I'd hit them few times and told them WHY they were hit and what could happen if they would get massed for real. Of course, that requires less self-centered attitude and your lust for selfish fun.

To Fenrir - However, you should not give up man. This game is war orientated and you need to be prepared all the time. There are people who mass people based on their mood, there are people who mass random numbers and even have random ID's generator, there are people who mass because they don't like your name, etc, etc... That is not going to change, as even in 'classic' MMORPGS you can be PK'd and your stuff get stolen, etc - Giving up is not the best option and really, offending the other party by calling them trolls did not work in your favour either. I hope you'll reconsider and decide to fight back... but that's up to you. I wish you good luck, no matter what decision you make.

if i get peessed on some1 and mass him, i dont say i educated him, i just massed him...

if i see lots of uu out i ll mass raid it... and i dont say i educated him i just raided him

If however i see some1 with over 50% in loosables and i m asuming (on the base of his rank or asc title.. that he is no longer ascending) and hes above certain armysize (i think 25mil give or take), We ll give him a lesson... and say he was educated...


but than again each teacher has his own song to teach.. so it realy variates.

I have to agree on this. If you want to have fun by massing some1 go declare war on an equal alliance. And if you find a guy with 50% in killable units then do as Teal'auc stated.

agree with the 2 first, but the last one, well, in my time here i found many ppl in that situation, while farming or raiding, and i pm them telling them that, different ways of teaching i guess

like tealc said, i rather have more ppl playing the game, and teaching them how to play it, then ppl leaving (ofc i do not think getting massed once is reason enough to leave, lol, i was massed to oblivion many times lol, and never left )
