I didn't vote, because I often switch between raiding and farming, and sometimes I go a very long time doing neither it really depends on how much time I have, maybe you meant what do I prefer, but anyway I'll vote once I get a better idea what your asking for no offense mate

well, I'm going to vote farm/raid, BUT I try to only farm/raid inactives.

To date, only one mistake... >.> maybe. Might have been a multi. Looked rather inactive, didn't respond to being farmed until i took a very poorly defended planet (10 def)

Farm and let my UP do the rest. I don't have the time to raid, although the other day I acquired 1mil UU in about 20mins of raiding.
But mostly, farm and dump it all into UP.

There are many other options you can add to that list, modern gameplay isnt restricted to the conventional hit profit attacks.
