actually, NOS disbanded, with each member joining DoO after being pushed out of NOS.

NOS' alliance ID was 9111
DoO's alliance ID is 12276

As the first Alpha to post in this thread and as the Alpha Diplomat I would like to state the following.

Congratulations for the formation of Dominium of Oblivion, DDE has another new spring of members to support future actions.

I am sure that all the new members of Dominium of Oblivion will continue to show the DDE best feature - willingness to support each other in any situation.

From this moment on Alpha extends the same conditions to Dominium of Oblivion as we do for all FUALL members.

Things happen, it often takes time for proper information to ba passed. I'm sure that Don Lewis passed the information as quickly as possible to his ranks and the attack was a simple mistake that the alphan and his commanders will correct since the leaders of all involved alliances received notification just prior to the formation of the alliance. This is a family affair and need not be discussed in public so please reframe from doing so.
