I guess, but having a commander isn't just about the bonuses, its about helping out newer weaker players and about having someone their to help you out if you need it

well if an alliance leader can make themself their commmander, they get the bonus, which atm is kinda not alot, but it can still be used to help officers grow or help the alliance

They could already do it before...

Basically, you passed leadership to someone else, make yourself CO and take leadership back ( if the other guy gave it back )

If you are given leadership and had a co you will lose the co i DID lol i gave it back to keep my co lol.

your right, there really is no incentive to have an officer anymore, but personally I don't care if I get anything from officers, I like to help out newer weaker players, although an incentive never hurt
