I was wondering whats the fastest way to level up covert and anti covert ranks?

If you have market supporter status, Try selling your market turns. The naq from it will help to level it up rather quickly. 3 turns will sell for about 150bil naq.

However,

3MT = about 2500 turns

Assuming you have 1 strike weapon and start searching pages 600 onwards, you should be able to get atleast 3 bil per 15 AT hit from inactive accounts.

Which means

(2500 / 15) * 3 = 500 Billion

The better naq farms you find the faster you save up naq and increase your profit ratio...
