If you mean an alliance on ascended, those don't work.. Unless you mean a group of people sharing a tag..

If you mean an alliance in main.. All the power to ya, just as long as you can get people to join.

It is hard to that because most of ascendet has its alliance and will not move on and are happy where they are ... so the chance you will have to make this kind of alliance is around 20 % ... but will have to do a lot of work and convincing ...
