You DO KNOW I could always institute a new law where OE members cannot have officers and commanders deemed inimical to the Empire. I rarely issue directives, but when I do..

I make no claim nor suggestion as to the running of OE (or any other empire/alliance). But as an HC member for my own alliance I would not let any enemy of ours gain resources or protection, or have any semblance of a connection by being an officer or CO of any of our members.
