Now I am playing this game for 3 years now but I can't figure out how this guy gets this attack power. Rough calculation says that he needs at least 250 mil supers. All that times 5 is 1,250 mil units. So please explain this to me. This is not the first time.

he mos likely got assasinated before you reconned him so its all killed already his high CER indicates hes most likely a farmer so thats what happens when you farm to much

I think he had like 5quad raw strike the rest being rank mod and that would mean he approx had 75-100mill supers maybe ........ not as many as you thought

If i have 3,5q with 150k supers and 700 def tech he needs at least 200k on 1000 tech to double it, and don't forget that I can bounce 18% and absorb 25%, it is not possible to achieve 7q with 100k supers. And as I said this is not the first time, it happened before, by a couple of players. Once it happened 10 min before I logged in and his attack was gone. I don't think it was destroyed.
Also I forgot to mention that one of the previous guys had main account with 136 (yes, one hundred and thirty six) army size. I am very sorry for not documenting it that time, didn't give it too much thought.

OK, i am not trying to fool anyone, I made a mistake and I apologize, I have corrected it, now if we can stick to the topic.

yeah, like raven said he prolly had 100m strike planets with the 130% attack mod, and then later got assassinated down to 16,370,420 attack planets like shown in your covert log. Look in the details of the attack log and it should say something like:

A scan of the galaxies and universes reveal that ATTACKER utilized:
xxx,999,400 Interlinked Conqueror and 0 Conqueror worlds.

The following fleets were sent:

YOU resisted the aggressors with:

So you can see how many he had when he attacked you. And about absorbing and bouncing back damage, that applies only to ascended life force attacks, so doesn't help you out with regular attacks like this one.

And in the quote up there, you say you have 3.5q defense with 150k troops and he had to have atleast 200k, i think you mean million as in 150,000,000 (150m) versus 150,000 (150k).

It took me this long to see this post with my (then current) stats? lol.

I can tell by those stats that this was a while ago. In any case, when I am farming my strike only lasts about 4-5 hours at the most, sometimes it's gone within minutes, as many people mass for a single hit. (It all depends on who's online) Also, your strike calculations are way off. That strike of mine there had 100mil attack weapons, and around that many supers, (as was said by others).
