ok i found out something....


the 50% restriction is calculated "after" the 10/15/20/25/30% from officers.

so if an officer give a virtual 100K up to his commander (666k total up) and commander got 100K raw up.

he will get :
30% => 50k (out of 100k)
25% => 50k (out of 83k)
20% => 50k (out of 67k)
15% => 50k (out of 50k)
10% => 33k

So now.... the % given to officer have a meaning, use it wisely... not sure it does help anyone

I think 666k is just a random example (15% of 666k is 100k). So, if CO has 100k raw UP and officer has 666k total UP:
- if % income to officers is 30 - CO used to receive 100k from officer, now receives 50k (50% of his raw UP)
...
- if % income to officers is 15 - CO used to receive 50k, still receives 50k
- if % income to officers is 10 - CO used to receive 33k from officer, still receives 33k

If that still doesn't make sense, try thinking of it as if it were a planet like someone suggested

Lets se if I get the exam right..

% to officer set to 30, CO used to recive 100k (15% of 666) but will now recive up to a maximum of 50% of the officers total UP if CO has enough RAW UP - example, with a raw UP of 666, CO would have a net gain of 333?

If % to officer is set to 15, CO used to recive 50k (7,5% of 666) but will now recive up to a maximum of "25%" of the officers total UP if CO has enough RAW UP?

In a nut shell,

If you have 50k Raw Up and your officer has 800k total up a day, you can only take a max of 25k UP a day from them, if you had 100k raw it would be 50k up total a day from them, they act the same way UP planets work now.

It stops the bonus multiplying itself, over and over in a command circle this way.

The maximum a commander can receive from an officer is still half of the % income set, i.e. if income is 30%, the bonus UP the commander receives from the officers is 15% of their total UP. This hasn't part hasn't changed from what it was 2 or weeks ago.

However the amount of bonus UP the commander can receive from any one officer is now limited by the commanders raw UP. That is, the maximum bonus is now limited to 50% of the commanders raw up.

However what anh yeu em is saying, is that no matter what % income the commander sets, the commander can always receive the full 50% of his total UP if the officer is supplying it.

So if an officer is provinding a greater bonus than the commanders raw UP allows, the commander may be able to lower their income % given to officers, while still receiving the same bonus.

No not 100% true.

As its 15% of his RAW plus planets UP. Meaning if a officer total is lets say 500k. his raw is only 100k and his planets give him 100k and his officers 300k meaning is total is made up of this:

100k RAW
100k from planets
300k from officers
500k Total

Then you will only get 15% of this

100k RAW
100k from planets
200k Total.

That way he stop circles as the 300K bonus your officer got from his officers will not be included.

Then on top of that we are back that your RAW as those 200k will give you 30k bonus to get that you need a 60k RAW your self.

Thats how it works.

Ohh not totally wrong.

What they mean is lets say me:

I have 60k RAW bonus that means to get Full use from a officer his total with planets should be 200k no more and no less then i get 30k UP from him.

If all then gives more i can just set my output down to next lvl get more naq and if i am lucky still recieve full 30kUP bonus.

But then again i could also just increase my RAW.
