In that case, I suggest you read what I posted again, as it spells out why it doesn't help the big players.
In short - having more resources to build up your mothership doesn't matter with this update - as it is highly unlikely at the moment anyway that a small player would take on a larger players planets because they ALREADY (take note) have the resources to defend them more than adequately.
Currently people tend to steal planets only from people roughly their own size or smaller - but NOT significantly bigger! - so, what this update would do would is make it harder for people on the same level as someone else to steal their planets (but agian - only if they're guarded) - but it wouldn't necessarily make any difference when stealing the planets of somebody much smaller (slightly harder maybe) or than someone bigger (slightly harder maybe - but doesn't happen anyway).
You can use the 'bigger players have more resources' claim all you like - BUT BIGGER PLAYERS ALWAYS HAVE MORE RESOURCES - so you can use that argument for anything, and, as demonstrated, in this post (and my previous) this would not significantly (if at all) give bigger players an advantage over smaller ones as these motherships are for defensive/retrieval purposes only. What it would do is give players on an even keel, and smaller players a possible advantage in that planets become harder to steal - and lets face it, people are always complaining about that!
And you seem to miss the point that not all of them can be guarded at once - therefore there are always at least 6 (assuming 10 held) unguarded - and the uncertainty of knowing which, if any, are guarded is part of the appeal of this.

Ifrit... I have been playing for less than three weeks. I have a mothership that is ranked in the top 3,000. My raw UU is around 25K. I'm just saying that, I could have upgraded my MS even more if I did not spend in UU or defenses and tech. I could do this in less than 3 weeks.
Besides, you are more powerful than I am because you joined this game earlier. It will always be that way.

No it doesn't! It's easy to say that - but you don't explain how and just seem to ignire everything that anyone else says.
Besides - the smaller player will STILL have that potential because NOT ALL OF THE PLANETS CAN BE PROTECTED - but ONLY if the smaller player concentrates on his/her MS - LIKE THEY HAVE TO DO NOW in order to attack a larger players planets.
I mean - the bigger players will ALWAYS, irregardless of extra MS, have the resources to be able to adequately defend their planets if they so choose (although many seem to rely on their alliance tag!..). Overall, the people it is likely to hurt more is the bigger ones - as detailed in my previous posts!
Smaller players having the ability to attack bigger ones is not an issue here - because in order to do what you say (even now), the smaller player has to concentrate on the MS at the expense of everything else. The increased difficulty for the smaller player against the bigger to do that in this case would be, at best, negligible - but it is the gained all-round defensive benefits that make this a winner.
As I've said before - I don't mind disagreement - but at least TRY and back it up.

Note these motherships are also for planet defense purposes.
In fact, an "Orbital station" sounds like rather StarWars to me, not StarGate...

Ahhhhh I don't want more complicated stuff in this game lol I already played complicated mmorpg like the one with spirit races I forgot its name but well too easy or too complicated games are not cool at the end, balanced is the best!

But the beauty of the update is that you have the choice to buy up to 3 more motherships, or not - so the choice to spend, or not. And if it cannot be determined through spying how many motherships someone has,
then people will never know, unless you go around telling everyone (but then, you could be bluffing) - so this adds a risk element.
Add to that the strategic element of having up to 4 MS guarding 4 different planets - but nobody knows which ones - and the fact that 4 MS means that 4 planets could be retrieved ina day (instead of only 1) if stolen (notwithstanding the other suggestion recently about being able to retrieve planets after a couple of turns) - and this adds up to potentially one of the best updates ever.

And it would be the same ones having 4 kick a$$ MSs the farming ingame would skyrocket to get best MSs in ranks.
Sure it add risk factor, but imagine how it would be for people with 3 300bil MSs and main one being over 400bil...they would take any planet thru searching, could mass almost any planet, and could still pwn in battles. Domination everywhere, domination of cash trades and heavy farming with attack planets to get naq and upgrade your MSs

It seems you don't understand....
- The additional MS are defensive only - they cannot search for planets - they can only guard/retrieve planets. (and when I say retrieve, I mean in the time that only the atatcker/victim knows where the planet is).
- The additional MS do not take part in any normal attacks or raids.
- It would make it more difficult/risky for everyone to steal planets - including bigger players, whilst simultaneously not hindering smaller players any more than they are now.
Yes, a really big player could end up with 4 brilliant motherships - but only one can be used for searching/attacking - the additional ones can't - and those that are used for defending - well that doesn't actually make any siginificant difference to a smaller player, who probably wouldn't be able/wouldn't risk stealing a bigger players planet anyway - but does make it slightly harder for a bigger/same size player to steal a planet (if guarded) - but then these players would have teh choice to concentrate their resources on their offensive MS or their defensive ones.

To all the people who have argued in this post.. please read the following:
i'm doing this for the game. i'm a newbie. i can't afford 4 MS. i can't even afford defense because i'm concentrating in UP. 4 MS won't be a benefit to me. But in future, I'll be able to afford it. The MS update isn't for me.
and then you argue about more powerful players benefiting. well of course they will. they're powerful. you're powerful because you joined SGW ahead of me.
but you can't see this. you all talk about protecting weak accounts, and limiting big accounts. what about the fun in the game?
having this update will expand the playability of the game. that's what I am after here. i'm not doing this for selfish reasons or for any alliance. i'm doing this for SGW. please think in this context. will this update add more fun to SGW? will SGW become more versatile if this update is implemented? Think of the fun in the game, not of power.
