To be honest, I think ETL could probably have chosen his words a little better, as the statement made is very open to interpretation.

What I believe he means is that MaYHeM will abide by all exisiting OE NAPs, and outside alliances which have NAPs with OE will agree to include MaYHeM within the NAP.

Alliances who had NAPs with MaYHeM, but not OE, still have their NAP with MaYHeM, but are not included in the OE NAP.

Hopefully that settles it.

but zeek, what about PI? if chaos members went there, does that apply? or can i farm PI without a prob of breaching any nap, even if i attack an ex-chaos member?

as i see it chaos is no more

chaos splitted up and was disbanded thus does not exist --> you can't be napped with something that is not there

chaos --> mayhem : mayhem & empire naps
chaos --> PI : PI & empire naps

and i woudn't recomand hitting PI with geisha noting the ID's ....

Well ex OSL members still have a NAP with SU but the rest of Delta does not....

matters now what some ppl think. An agreement is consensual, that consent comes from 2 sides. If one side wasnt asked to give it, you can not simply presume it.


considering we werent oficialy aproached and asked to cover the mh under the nap... they are not imo, but as i am a team player i m waiting for a ruling on that matter from the senate.. to see if i gain some new farms or not.

True mH was covered by a previous own nap with tle.. but that one got nulified yesterday due to a breach of contract, among other things
