However, I can tell you a certain other faction has always thrown their full weight around so that it is simple raw power that wins the day without ever feeling on the back foot. I think I misunderstood the nature of this alliance though, as I thought of it as a conglomerate of Neutral Alliances; that is, alliances not currently in FUALL or TJP.
But if it's an alliance for runners, I say mass them all.

Depends, he could still counter with the argument of roleplaying.. although it's one badass character he's roleplaying.

Of course.. that would be excellent!
Although, correct me if I'm wrong, but man will always turn to evil. So, learning lessons is like, temporary.
That said, I think it'd be a good lesson.
But I've never been a fan of permabans. How bad is REK anyway.. c'mon.
