Indeed - since Jason seems to have discussed it in the player/admin chat too, it can be discussed.

As clarkey pointed out - there are plans but it seems there won't be withdrawals and that naq will only be spent on 'future alliance upgrades'

Any future discussion should take place in Discussion on Enhancments (Coming Up).
