I am so confused ... First when i come home from vaca i see only Raw UP counts now OK then now i go to forums and see that a officer with 600k total UP can give you 300k UP + ?? How can this be ???

ok here is what i think happend admin changed UP percent for cos and officers to only RAW then lots of people complained so he changed it back to Total then restricted the # of officers to 10 ( i dont know what he is going to do about the current people with 25 officers )

Also restricted the amount any one officer can give to their commander to half of the commanders raw up.

i.e. in your example, an officer with 600k total up will contribute 90k up to their commanders total up (assuming income is at 30%). However, the commander must have 180k raw up to receive the whole bonus, otherwise they'll just receive half of their current raw up.

Admin also changed it, so the officers contribution to a commanders total up does not include any officers they may have.

For example, an officer with 700k total up, however with officers contributing 100k to that total, will only contribute 600k to their commander.

so, officer limit is now 10 right? how so, that ppl still have more than 10? shouldn't excessive officers be auto booted?

Admin has allowed it for now. It wouldn't be fair if Admin auto-booted excess officers without the CO choosing who to stay and who to go.
