Multiple ascencions.

Well i was thinking, due to some ppl having loads of GP, perhaps there could be a system created for like...
With only "1" ascencion you'd be doing

1k GR = 1 ascencion
5k GR = 2 ascencions
10k GR = 3 ascencions

Som merit, with advantages and disadvantages:

Advantages:

- not as much loss / cheaper to rebuild in main

Disadvantages:

- multiple ascension too easy? easier to get into g&r range and stay there then it is to do single acensions and then re-achieve g&r?

- less powerful ascensions?

It wouldn't work unless GnR was reset because you have people who have been sitting in the top 100 for months and some years they must have 10's of 1000's and GnR...it would be way to easy for them to ascend and it takes the fun and skill out of having to rebuild and regain your place back in GnR.

This would simpley be unfair on all the smaller and newer players as if people sat in GnR the requirments to get to that rank would rise at a rapid rate.

it would be a lot better, if ppl who already has FSS, could use the gr points + mts to buy another FSS, like ppl that dont have FSS can do

the glory point has to be earned not to be traded , once u earn 1001 gnr then u can ascend or not , its not good to build some stats earnt 10k gnr (i ve 30k by th way) and then ascend 5 or 10 times but if yes then when u ascend 5 times u should pay all what it cost : all 5 ascensions naq required + uu and all naq required to build the stats which will be needed to ascend 5 times , so an algoritm is required and it has to change at least every 3 months. a lot of work to be done

How would the costs be calculated? Since costs are UP based, would you use the UP of when you start to calculate the costs for the other skipped ones? in that case you could get someone with a 10K UP that ascends 5 times at once for dirt cheap! (Their Ascended account wouldn't be much, but that doesn't concern some players).

I think it would be better to simply put a better trade rate on what the G&R is worth in AP. Currently 30 G&R are only worth 1 AP. Why not make that an even trade or something? (just a suggestion) That way players with large amounts of G&R can get a better reward for sitting in the G&R range.

no offense, but AP are essentially worthless once your ascended account is worth something so this wont help the high end of the problem which Easy was targeting with his suggestion.

this wouldn't be such a bad thing if all of the UU and naq requirements were taken into account as well. Also how would you determine the UP for the extra ascensions? if someone has 100k raw would the 100k be used for all of the UU and naq requirements? if so that would be quite costly. Or would you need to buy a minimum UP for each ascension(which you would get no UP benefit from) in addition to your initial cost of the 100k UP ascension?

While I do have over 65K G&R what you have to remeber is 1 ascention burns them all, not just 1K of them.

Perhaps for a multiple ascension in one go you can have the UP requirement for each of them...

e.g. 1st ascension required 5k UP
2nd requires 10k UP
3rd requires 15k UP

your base UP required for 3 (multiple)ascensions would be 30k base (to cover all the requirements) this then works out the costs based on the 3rd ascensions (UU/Super requirements) this would make it more expensive to do but you need it to be more expensive as they are saving time... and that time should cost them more than ascending 3 individual times...

if you want to ascend quickly you must pay the price... smaller gains in ascended & higher costs in main.

Why change the GnR or the way we ascend, come on, its supposed to be a challenge not a oooh i wanna sit in top 100 for a week and do 3 ascensions in one go.

There is No Glory or Rep doing that, just laziness, if you want it bad enough build your account over and over like the rest of us did.

That would make the game fun for some of us...afterall when you have an upcoming long period of time you can't play actively to set in g&r ranks properly and avoid farming, this way is pretty good...and to be fair, after this ascension set, you have to wait for 3x ascension time delay XD after ascending again, if not more :p

I think the stronger one will profit and to smaller player unable to ascend and no more players... so not good

Maybe if convert G&R points into resources ....

if you wanted to use GnR points then it should be something like this

1k = 1 ascension
10k = 2 ascensions
25k = 3 ascensions
50k = 4 ascensions
100k = 5 ascensions

but that is only if there was to be a change in ascension
which i think there shouldn't be
