thx to the mecaniks of ascention i got bent over again , and again and again ....

srry for posting this here but i had to get this off my chest.

someone just hit me with " Destroy Military " and he took out 1 bil planets , ok no problem , its part of the game.

my Influence Power befor was 21 now its 70 , ok still no big deal , i wil catch up again , oh but wait , i wont , befor i got hit i made 32 mil planets a day and now i make 40 mil a day , you do the maths , i'm going to have to play an other 3 years ( i did actualy not do the maths ) to get back ware i was , ok i hear you say , its that way for everyone , so wat , i put in a lot of work to get my Cosmic Expansion Rate to 190,633,044 planet / day and now its actually totaly ussless .

And dont get started about " give the new ppl a chance " if Jason simply makes ascending more profitable as the game gets older they can catch up and we that have played longer wold mabe get a fair chance of actually bouncing back after getting massed.

I know there wil be different veuws on this topic and thats your perogitive , just keep it clean and spamfree .

Ur not the first person to say this and you wont be the last. I hope things change but not simply because you want it to (as in someone big coming in causing changes when others' pleas are overlooked)

That being said i used to have a top 20 account, now in size im struggling to get inside top 40 and stay there. Not that im bothered, i achieved what i wanted to before and now i willingly destroy my planets to take others away. rank is meaningless up there now and having more planets isnt even worthwhile with snipers style fight available as they are.

Ascended has been a joke a long time, i dont see any quick fixes.

Ascension just sucks, heres a tip: Dont get over the 2 bil barrier

I am trying to stay under it lol, i can bounce back really fast to the 2 bil since i have the full support of my UP lol (however small it is compared to yours lol)

that's the problem, once you get past the raiding cap you've only got UP to increase army size with, so if you get massed you only have UP to recover with, whereas a smaller enemy can just raid or buy their losses back. So there is no incentive at all for the big accounts to actually go to war, in fact there is every reason for them to protect what they have already got.

So there is no incentive at all for the big accounts to actually go to war, in fact there is every reason for them to protect what they have already got.

The flip side is that its mutually assured destruction - you'd ensure you'd cripple your enemy, even if it took you down too

remove all caps and raiding and let the small accounts cry like babies...

its people moaning that has caused this mess in the first place and i was telling people 2 years ago to stop moaning but people told me i didn't know what i was talking about and this update and that cap would make things better...

Removing all caps and raiding only works in a resetting game, you just can't have an unlimited growth rate in an open-ended game. of course anyone with a brain knows that...

Make it a resetting game and i got no problem with your suggestions, but you'll have to remove trading between players too otherwise it'll just become stargatetraders.

As for whether or not a reset is in order than we all know it is, even most of the big players would probably admit it's a good idea.

IMO it needs to become a resetting game with a "win scenario", something that would take a good 18 months-2 yrs to achieve though, and that doesn't mean one of Jason's "it'll take 2 years" that actually takes 6 months due to the usual underestimation of players talents

1. thing pergatory ppl and ppl without main acounts cannot attack on ascension that would be the first thing I would do...

2. then I would do some serious increase in weps cost...so weps wouldnt be easy to buy just like in main...

3. Then I would decrease the power of assassinating...
