As the title says, my sgw just says loading for me for around 15 minutes then its back up again..
I ask other people if their sgw is down at the same time but theirs is fine..
Any advice?
SGW going down just for me 3-4 times a day?

Sounds like either your ISP (if it's more than just SGW that goes down) or possibly you have antivirus/firewall/spyware/ad-ware/whatever that updates 3-4 times a day...
