now 4 destroy military attacks... no problem with someone doing that... no problem with me not knowing who did it (although I know because he is a sniper and hit me not much longer after but needed to destroy my military as he couldn't beat my defence)
my problem here... is the damage destroy military does...
I had 196million networked defender planets
in 4 hits I dropped to
126million planets
so 70 mill (NETWORKed) planets removed in 4 hits
thats 350mill planets in 4 hits
approx 87,500,000 planets per hit

The first problem here is its just overpowered... the % needs lowering... if by expending 4x 5,200,000 (28,000,000) assassins...
your capable of destroying 4x 87,500,000 (350million) planets.
thats clearly too much compared with losses...
thats almost 17:1 ratio of defending planets to military planets... obviously the lower you get the less are destroyed but the problem is the amount destroyed as the armysizes get larger...
if it had taken him 10 hits to remove 70million network planets (7million network planets = 35million normal planets) his losses of 5.2million per hit would help balance the damage they do to the damage they take
this will remove the problem of it being cheaper to do as it expends more turns for the same effect and the losses are greater...
at the point where really the only attack method used in ascended is "destroy military" then that clearly points out that the attack is too effective and needs balancing so other attacks are used as well...
my second problem with this is... the log is just plain wrong
The log should read :-
Replace "The Bastard Enemy" with ???? if its unknown
