15 will be a refinement of 14, with some core changes...
1) weapons are bigger, costlier, and there is another top one (and its coded to be easy to add more)
2) weapon damage and repair are using 'cost of replacement' logic.
3) a scuffed weapon is easier to polish, per point, than an almost destroyed one...
4) happiness - stays - but politicians are the core of it (not projects). there is a politician level, that can increase the effectiveness of each politician.
5) supporter function uses partial 'top player' instead of just 'you'. (stops the exponential growth of constant supporter - allows everyone to benefit from the leader of the pack...(leader of the pack included
6) think i am redoing market. player to player - no 'game market' .. still finalizing.
7) do not think i have time for another race, but will see... if i do, it will likely be a no-attack own race, is more powerful, so 'all against one' and 'one against all' -- but -- maybe next era.
i want to make quantum a 'solid' game that could stand on its own -reset or not... i hope i am moving to that where there is little imbalance, good strategy, and quick play...
