brokering uu out to ascend / it wont let me

im trying to ascend and brokering out isnt possible due to:

the user that im brokering have 41mil army but I ve that msg for brokering 75 m uu
i tried with 50m and 25m uu itts the same
how im suppossed to ascend

Try brokering 3 smaller amounts to people who are way under the limit and if you need to send naq away send it to a friend direct rather than brokering! ~Thamuz~

well i was 105-108m army and i tried 20min to a guy 44m army. it worked only when he brokered to me.
