Not allowed to buy mers

5346035 Trained Mercs.
8067369 Trained Military Units.
You can have a maximum of 7,664,001 Trained Mercs.

The game will not let me buy even 1 attack merc.?
BUT I CAN BUY DEFENCE MERCS!!!!!!!!!

I have 63 bil in the open.

So, I am now seeing the mercs numbers drop, so they can be bought but I am not allowed. Anyone else getting this?

Merc Update
Mercs are now paired witha super soldier of the same type (att/def). This means you can only buy as many mercs, as you have supers of that type.
The 1 to 1 ratio DOES increase with your merc tech (so for example a 10% merc tech would allow you to have 11 merc for 10 supers or 1:1.1 ratio)
