New Problem???

Hi,
my account has been banned for a week or so.....
i was surfing the game by my cellphone lololo.....
a freind told me its possiable that the opera mini i was using, can send more charters then it should, before ive got locked i was withdrowing my naq (820 bill or so) and i was typing 9999999999999 like anytime else in my comp.... ive did it before and nothing happened!
second reason i think might be happen, that i was bookmarking the main page in the program...(OperaMini V4.1) lololo.... you know.... anyway, ill stop using this program. i promise you that i had never ask or wanted to cheat , and above all i dont need to.
any way, if the game Admin (mark or jason) can answer wether im gonna get it back it will be brilliant...
please give it back with email that tells me its active! to me with the 800 bill for my officer...!!!(just ascended) please ....
and if any one of you ppl surfing throue it.... well... stop!

since i started playing sgw ive been doing the 9999999999999 thing and i have never been banned for it. Strange how some people do and others dont.

hes diffineetley not a cheat and should be unbanned i think this was what all the comment a few weeks to months ago were talking about and i think desert shpould get his lost resources back for something that was out of his cntrol and and accident

well if you havent done anything then you will deffo get your account back but they do not give back the lost resources. Sometimes it takes awhile to get it back so just hope they check it soon.

i am gonna be bringing that problem up in the next admin meeting as i do not see it as fair to have ur account unjustly frozen by a machine and ignored or not sufficentlley helped and for some people the resources they should have made can mean the diffrence of a good account quicker or not and i dont see it as fair.

its the same as the justice system in the uk if ur accused and sent to jail but found innocent say after 15 years they cant give u the years back but they can help u with money as compensation. and the same goes for shops and businbess they try to keep every customer they get and do this with customer service etc

this is nothing about diggs at admins or anyone in particullar and not a go at anyone its just my 2 cents on whats wrong and what could be changed and im more than happy to tak to anyone about any of this anytime.

and desert i hope u get seen quickly mate

We need to get one or two people in charge of banned accounts and just that. Then there only priority is to check banned accounts. If it was done faster then there would be no need to give back lost resources.

But i agree, something has to be done.
