19= Whats the Cap on army size? check the Training page. It's where you upgrade UP. but since u don't play
(note: if you total population size is greater than 321,095,890 disease will surely strike your lands. Above 240,821,918 and raiding is no longer possible. Above 160,547,945 and trading/buying units no longer possible. Pergatory is not accessible above 32,109,589)

There's always a chance to register again and start over, or buy a new account, or use your name and reputation to sell Naq for someone.. as for the rest, it's pretty obvious and openly visible on the forums.
