Indeed it is online. It can be accessed via

gamesadvantage.com:7000

or

65.61.200.118:7000

Either/or will work. For those alliances wishing to have a channel, please contact me or Homer to set it up. Two users from each alliance will be permitted to have Channel Admin status in their respective channel.
